Delete your account

You're in control. This page explains how to delete your account and data for any game published by PunisherGames on Google Play or the App Store — and exactly what happens when you do.

01How to delete your account

Choose whichever option is easiest. Both remove the same data.

Option A · Fastest

Inside the game

  1. Open the PunisherGames game on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Go to Account → Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your deletion request is submitted instantly.
Option B · No app needed

On the web or by email

  1. Fill in the request form below, or email contactpunishergames@gmail.com.
  2. Include the game name and your Player ID (found in Settings → Account).
  3. We'll confirm by email, then delete your data within 30 days.

Uninstalling isn't deleting. Removing the app from your phone does not delete data stored on our servers. Use one of the options above to remove it permanently.

02Deletion request form

Submitting this form opens a pre-filled email in your mail app, addressed to our privacy team. Just press send.

Your email app should now be open with the request ready to send. If it didn't open, email contactpunishergames@gmail.com directly.

03What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:

  • Your player account, Player ID, nickname and avatar.
  • Game progress, levels, stats, achievements and cloud saves.
  • Virtual Items and unspent in-game currency (these cannot be refunded).
  • Leaderboard entries, friends lists and chat messages.
  • Analytics and diagnostics data linked to your account or device ID.
  • Support conversations and your email address (once your request is closed).

04What we keep, and for how long

Some limited data must be kept for legal, security or accounting reasons:

Data held by Google Play, the App Store or Google Play Games Services is controlled by those platforms. You can manage it in your Google or Apple account settings.

05Delete some data without deleting your account

Want to keep playing but remove certain data? You can:

  • Reset your advertising ID — Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Withdraw ad or analytics consent — from the privacy options in the Game's settings.
  • Remove chat history or change your nickname — in the Game's profile settings.
  • Request removal of specific data — choose "Delete specific data only" in the form above and tell us what you'd like removed.
