01Our commitment
Games should be a safe space for everyone. We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, and we act quickly to remove it, ban those responsible and report it to the appropriate authorities.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police right away.
02Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited across all PunisherGames Services:
- Creating, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, animated or AI-generated content.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sexualising minors, including sexual comments, role-play or requests directed at or about children.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to move a minor to another platform for harmful purposes.
- Soliciting personal information, images or meetings from minors.
03How we prevent harm
- Safe by default: where our Games have chat or social features, we use profanity and content filters, and limit or disable open communication in Games designed for children.
- No image sharing between players unless a feature specifically requires it and is moderated.
- In-game reporting and blocking tools on any player-to-player communication feature.
- Age-appropriate design in line with Google Play's Families Policy for any Game aimed at children.
- Trained team: staff who handle reports are trained to recognise and escalate CSAE.
04Report a concern
If you see anything that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation in any of our Games, please report it:
- In the game: tap the player's name or the message and choose Report. Then use Block to stop further contact.
- By email: write to contactpunishergames@gmail.com with the game name, the player name or ID, and a description of what happened. Please do not attach or forward any abusive images.
- To authorities: you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (US), the Internet Watch Foundation (UK), or your national hotline via INHOPE.
05How we respond
- Child safety reports are prioritised and reviewed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
- Violating content is removed, and offending accounts are permanently banned.
- Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant regional and national authorities, as required by law.
- We preserve relevant information as required to support law-enforcement investigations.
06Legal compliance
PunisherGames complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organisations.
