Quick answers
I bought something but didn't receive it. What do I do?
First, restart the game and tap Settings → Restore purchases. Still missing? Email contactpunishergames@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA. and is in your purchase receipt email) and we'll fix it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by the store you bought from. On Google Play, open play.google.com → Order history and choose Request a refund. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms for details.
I changed phones. How do I keep my progress?
Sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) from the game's settings before switching. Your progress is saved to the cloud and restores automatically when you sign in on your new device.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or use our Delete Account page. We process requests within 30 days.
Can I play offline?
Most of our games have offline modes. Online features like leaderboards, cloud saves, multiplayer and ad rewards need an internet connection.
Can I turn off personalised ads?
Yes. Use the privacy options in the game's settings, or reset/delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. You'll still see ads, but they won't be personalised. More in our Privacy Policy.
